Life Enhancement Skills Advisor (LESA)
After experiencing any form of sexual abuse, it’s normal for your emotions to be running high. For many people, this can have a real impact on how they cope with everyday issues. The Life Enhancement Skills Advisors (LESA) is a service that we have developed which can offer practical help and support to existing ARCH clients, helping you to overcome these difficulties.
Working alongside our other services, our advisor is here to make sure you get all the practical support you may need. They can help identify any areas you may be struggling with and will work with you to create an action plan to assist you in all aspects of day-to-day life such as:
- Housing advice
- Help with drug and alcohol problems
- Improving qualifications
- Returning to work, training or education
- Welfare and benefits advice
- Financial support
We can also work with you towards any hopes and aspirations you might have for the future.
This service is only available to people who are currently registered with ARCH and receiving a counselling or ISVA service.
