Arch provide specialised counselling and ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) support services to female and male Victims/Survivors/Supporters aged 14 years and over who have been affected by sexual violence at any time in their lives. We also offer an ISVA service for people 18 and over who are involved in the sex industry within Teesside and Tyne and Wear and who have experienced sexual violence at any time in their lives.

A recent opportunity has arisen for the position of an ISVA within our agency, the post holder will work as part of a team delivering high quality, client focused care, offering practical help and support to clients who have already reported to the police or considering reporting, ISVA’s  work independently to support clients throughout the Criminal Justice Process

Reporting sexual violence is a very personal choice. It is important to note that clients will never be expected to report, or be judged if they choose not to. We’re here to give clients the information and support to choose what’s right for them
